Firooz Health Group is one of the largest producers of child health products in Iran and the Middle East.[1][2] This company was established in 1974 with the participation of the American company Johnson & Johnson and under the name of Johnson & Johnson Iran.[3][4][5][6][7]
Employment of the disabled[edit]
Most of the company's employees are disabled. Mousavi, CEO of the company, says:[8][9][10][11]
We did not use the device wherever it was not needed, because our young population, unlike in Europe, is large, and we did not blindly imitate to get a job, even at the cost of making less profit.
In 2013, the company's staff was 210 people, which is equivalent to 86% of the disabled, from the blind and deaf to the physically and physically disabled and MS patients.
