First Bell is a 1992 Indian Malayalam film, directed by PG Vishwambharan, starring Jayaram, Jagadish, Anusha and Sainudeen in the lead roles. [1][2][3]
Plot
Pirappankodu Prabhakaran (Jayaram) and Pindimala Paulraj (Jagadish) get kicked out of their drama troupe. On the street, they witness Yamuna (Anusha) being dragged to a mental hospital. From her mother, they find out she is normal and it is all a trap, and she asks for their help to save her. Their plots fail one after another, and Prabhakaran gets locked in a hospital cell. Paul approaches nurse Beena (Geetha Vijayan) to rescue Yamuna and Prabhakaran who are trapped.[4]
