First Day of School is an American pop rock band. Formed in 2020, they gained popularity from their appearances busking on 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. They consist of two brothers: Bradley Bundlie (guitar and vocals) and Bowie Bundlie (piano and vocals). During Covid, they began playing to raise money through tips for a variety of kid-friendly charities.[1] On April 6, 2022, First Day of School was featured on The Kelly Clarkson Show[2] where host Kelly Clarkson interviewed them about their backgrounds, their band, influences and their charity work. She then surprised them by bringing out their idols, The Backstreet Boys who not only invited First Day of School to be guests on their new tour but also donated $25,000 to the boys' top three charities.[3][4][5][6][7][8]

Bradley Bundlie
Bradley Bundlie is an award-winning actor, dancer and musician. Appearing in his first film and musical at the age of five, Bradley continued doing numerous projects including starring in The Netflix film "Deviant Love" with The Walking Dead's Emma Bell and as a regular on the popular Kids React series on YouTube. He has appeared in multiple professional musical theatre productions including A Christmas Carol and Peter Pan.[9][10][11][12][13][14][15]
Bowie Bundlie
Bowie Bundlie is an award-winning actor, dancer and musician. He has starred in dozens of musicals including Beauty and the Beast and Peter Pan, film and TV including on Secret Life of Kids, Homecoming with Julia Roberts and as the lead character on Remy Bear and Friends, and online as a Kids React regular reactor.[16][17][18][19]
Music
On April 6, 2022, First Day of School launched their first original single "Exist" on all major platforms. Prior to the single, the band predominantly played cover songs including a set list ranging from the 1950s to the 2020s.[20][21]
Charity
First Day of School brothers, Bradley Bundlie and Bowie Bundlie, began donating their tip money raised while performing on the street to new charities each month. Charities that First Day of School has donated to include Heal the Bay, Toys for Tots[22], Ronald McDonald House, Open Seas, The Children's Hospital and more. The boys have formed their own charity organization to educate kids on ways to give back called "It Starts With One".[23]
