First High-School Education Group Co., Ltd. (FHS) is a Chinese company that operates private high schools in Western China.[1] As of September 2020, they had 25,867 students in total between their 14 school programs.[2] They filed for a $100 million US IPO on 13 January 2021,[3] to become a public traded company and is expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange starting on 11 March with a price starting between $9.50 - $10.50.[4][5] They filed to offer 7.5 million shares, which equals $90,562,500.[citation needed]
