The Fischer Fools is a violent street gang located in New Orleans who originate from the former infamous Fischer Projects in Algiers, New Orleans. They have been active on the streets since the 1980s and have been locked into a violent gang war with the Hot Block Gang witch made national headlines in 2013.[1][2]
