Fit Club is a weekly internet and iTunes podcast created and hosted by actor and fitness model Shaka Smith.
The podcast debuted June 1, 2016 recording at the AfterbuzzTV/Black Hollywood Live studios in Burbank, California. The show was originally hosted by creator Shaka Smith and fitness trainer from A&E's Fit to Fat to Fit, Fallon Mercedes[1]. Fallon left the show in August 2017. The co-host slot has been left unfilled with several notable guests filling in.
The show has a variety of fitness experts, trainers, actors, and musicians to discuss current topics surrounding health and fitness with a focus on inclusion for all communities.
