Flashback is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language coming-of-age film written and directed by Don Sandy.[1][2][3] The film stars Prabhu Deva and Regina Cassandra with Anasuya Bharadwaj, Vijay Vishwa, Ilavarasu, Uma Riyaz Khan and Chaams portraying supporting roles.[4]
The film production team has decided to release the Tamil and Telugu versions simultaneously.[5][6]

The film was produced by Ramesh P. Pillai under the banner of Abhishek Films. This film is the director's third after Mahabalipuram and Gorilla. It is a second collaboration between the director Don Sandy and the music composer Sam C. S. after Gorilla. The cinematography of the film was done by S. Yuva, and the editing of the film was done by San Lokesh. The first look poster for the film was released on 25 November 2021.[8][9] The trailer for the film was released on 10 March 2023.[10][11]
