Fletcher DeLancey

Fletcher DeLancey is an American science fiction writer, best known for her Chronicles of Alsea series, which has twice made her a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award for Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror.[1][2][3]
Personal life[edit]
Though DeLancey grew up in Oregon, she later moved to Algarve with her wife and their son.[citation needed]
Career[edit]
Before focusing on her writing, DeLancey taught science[citation needed] and worked in a marine biology lab.[4]
After moving to Algarve, DeLancey began teaching pilates alongside her writing.[4]
