Flexipotent

Flexipotent or Flexipotence is a subtype of Idempotence that is specific to computer science. The main difference is the end-state after operations are applied. A flexipotent operation respects the existing state's properties that are not explicitly defined for the operation.
For example an anti-spam blocklist with domains that already contains domain XYZ.com would contain ABC.com and XYZ.com after a flexipotent operation which only defines XYZ.com
