Establishment[edit]

Flock Rotisserie is a Toronto-based rotisserie chain founded by Somali Canadian Mustafa Yusuf, Cory Vitiello and Christopher Shiki in 2015. Mr. Yusuf, founded the Big Smoke Burger restaurant chain, previously known as Craft Burger[3] while Cory Vitiello was the head chef and co-owner of The Harbord Room[4] and a contestant on the Canadian television show Chef in Your Ear[5]

The restaurant was selected by Post City Toronto as one of the top-five best restaurants in Toronto in 2016.[6]
