Flora Field
Florence "Flo" Field (May 21, 1876 – September 30, 1972) was an American writer, playwright and historian based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her contributions included work for Harper's Magazine, Cosmopolitan and The Times-Picayune/The New Orleans Advocate. Her play A La Creole premiered in March 1927 at Le Petit Theatre in March 1927,[1] and was later published as a limited-edition book in 1952, illustrated by Helen Shapland Herdliska.[2][3]
