Florida State Road 91

Florida State Road 91 is part of Florida's Turnpike in Florida. Formerly known as Sunshine State Parkway when inaugurated to traffic in 1964, and the Homestead Extension being opened almost a decade later. Running from Wildwood to Golden Glades, the mainline Turnpike covers over 260 miles. SR 91, along with SR 869, HEFT, SR 826, and Boca Rio Road, the latter one being a frontage road from the Boca Raton South Boundary to SR 808. So far, you need SunPass to enter the freeway. The freeway is tolled heavily, and sometimes has been subject to controversy.
