Flying Apsaras in Western Region (Chinese: 西域飞天) is a steel roller coaster located at Happy Valley in Chengdu, Sichuan. It was the third Bolliger and Mabillard Dive Machine to open in China.[1] [2] The ride is located in the Silk Road Odyssey section of the park[3], and contains a splashdown and interacts with the nearby Great Desert Rally.[4] The track was completed on 5 October 2017.[5]

The layout begins with a 164 ft lift hill, which leads directly into the drop. An Immelmann follows, then a left-hand turn into the midcourse brake run. The ride then drops into a tunnel underneath Great Desert Rally, goes through a 270° left-hand turn, and then a right-hand turn into the splash effect over the water. The ride finishes with a left-hand turn and shallow airtime hill into the final brake run.[6]
