Forensic Magazine is a business-to-business magazine, focusing on forensic-related technologies, products, industry trends, and solutions.[1] The editorial offices of the magazine are in South San Francisco, CA.

History and profile[edit]

Forensic Magazine was established in 2004 with the first volume published in Spring 2004.[2] In 2020, CompareNetworks acquired the brand (from Advantage Business Media), rebranded it Forensic®, and committed to delivering a digital e-newsletter 3x a week.[citation needed]

Forensic Magazine provides news, technologies and products on all aspects of forensic science for forensic professionals working in laboratories and crime scene investigations. The brand covers forensic work and science from evidence collection through processing, analysis, storage, etc. Forensic reaches forensic lab managers and technicians working in crime labs, as well as medical examiners and coroners, crime scene investigators and law enforcement officials. It's a crucial blend of laboratory, crime scene and evidence, post-mortem, and police investigation. The magazine is often cited in reputable organization's and research papers.[3][4][5]
