Forward College is a pan-European higher education institution that offers degrees accredited by the University of London[1][2][3][4] under the academic direction of the London School of Economics and King's College London.[5][6][7] Forward is set-up as a French institution.[8]
History[edit]
Forward College was launched in September 2021[9] in Portugal by Boris Walbaum,[10] a former higher education, consultant, French state auditor, and government adviser.[1] The institution introduced the Forward International Bachelor's, a three-year university programme on three different campuses: Lisbon in the first year, Paris in the second, and Berlin in the third.[3][11]
It has recruited Philip Michael Allmendinger, a former deputy vice-chancellor of the University of Bath,[1] former vice-chancellor of the University of Cambridge, and former dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Sciences at the University of Cambridge, as a chief academic officer.[12]
Forward College offers six bachelor's degrees designed by the London School of Economics and King's College London and accredited by the University of London in three years with a focus on management, economics, politics, data science and psychology.[13][14]
