Fr. Dominic Valanmanal (Malayalam: Fr. ഡോമിനിക് വാളമ്‌നാൽ) is a Roman Catholic priest from Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Kanjirapally in India, known for his preaching and especially evangelization through television, radio and other mediums. He was oriented as priest on 1998[1]. He is the founder-director of Marian Retreat Centre in Anakkara, Kerala which is a part of charismatic movement in Syro-Malabar Catholic Church[2]. The major initiative by him is called as Krupabhishekam Convention which is conducted all over the world among Malayali communities.

Krupabhishekam Conventions[edit]

Krupabhishekam Conventions, where the Word of God is preached under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Dominic Valanmanal. These conventions are mainly organized in major towns and cities around the world and reported to witness lakhs of participants. The main intention of these conventions is to make people aware of the power of the Word of God, the importance and the role of the Catholic Church, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Miracles are reported by many believers who attend these conventions. Multitudes of people come for healing and deliverance.

Personal life[edit]

Fr. Dominic Valanmanal was born in Koruthodu near Mundakayam in 1972[3]. He was ordained as a priest in the year 1998. He was appointed as a parish priest in a parish named Puttady in Idukki district. Later he founded the Marian Retreat Centre at a nearby place called Anakkara.
