Framför (/framför/, “Ahead” from Swedish) is an European multinational software corporation headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden with regional operations offices in different countries throughout the globe, such as London, New York, São Paulo and Lisbon [1]. Framför produces and sell software, consulting services in areas ranging from automation to artificial intelligence[2]. Inventions by Framfôr include Max, a technology platform that uses natural language processing and machine learning to reveal insights from large amounts of unstructed data. Max was debuted in 2019 and since been applied to business, airports and hotels[3]. Also, several companies have begun using Max for call centers, either replacing or assisting customer service agents.
