Frankham Consultancy Group[1] is a limited company in the UK, registered at Companies House[2]. Its main business is the provision of property and construction advice[3]. It provides multi-disciplinary capability across building and infrastructure design[4].

The company employs c. 150 people, including architects[5], building surveyors[6], quantity surveyors, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, structural engineers and civil engineers.

Frankham Consultancy Group Ltd is parent company to five subsidiary companies:

Frankham Risk Management Services Ltd – A company which gives advice on compliance with asbestos management, fire safety and health and safety legislation and best practice.

Lane and Frankham Ltd – A company which offers property area measurement services.

Pro-link Europe Ltd and – A recruitment company specialising in construction and property professionals.

Frankham Projects Ltd – A specialist development consultancy and management company

Frankham Developments Ltd – A company which offers advice on the development of property in compliance with Town and Country Planning law.

Frankham Consultancy Group originally began as a small building surveying consultancy in 1982. Its founder was Steven John Frankham, who is now Chairman. The company’s managing director is Richard Chitty.

The company’s headquarters is in Sidcup, Kent and it has other offices in Farringdon (London), Abingdon (Oxfordshire) and Stevenage (Hertfordshire).
