Franz Josef Kober is a German Engineer. After he studied engineering at the Munich University of Applied Sciences he began to work in the cinema industry. Until 1992 Kober was procurator of Kinoton actively. In 1995 he became a managing director and owner of Ernemann and founded, together with Reinhold Hampf, the company Cine Project. He is considered a pioneer of the cinema industry, since by his working in some countries to make the cinema accessible to the public.[1]
