Frederick Carl Mennen (May 27, 1928 – March 19, 1991) was an American industrialist.[1] He was involved in a variety of enterprises, including inventing the product known as Jiffy Pop,[2] which is now owned by ConAgra.[3] He patented an invention for detecting gonorrhea in 1977. [1]
