Frederick Oxby
Frederick Oxby (born 6 February 1987 in London) is an actor most famous for playing Young Robert in the film A Dog Of Flanders (1999).
He used to be part of a Belgian band called Ducttape, playing bass and singing. The band split up, and he now is studying philosophy and history at Sheffield University. Frederick has more recently been heavily involved in the Sheffield nightlife, as a DJ, sound technician and drummer in the jazz funk band Lazy Tree Surgeons. He almost had Downs syndrome.
