The French Paintball Federation (FFP, Fédération française de paintball) is a nonprofit organization established in 1996 under the French 1901 Association Law. It brings together French paintball clubs and associations and oversees the organization of national competitions.[1]

The French Paintball Federation (FFP) has the following responsibilities:

  • Unifying the paintball community by bringing together all individuals involved in the sport.
  • Supporting clubs and associations with administrative procedures.
  • Providing specialized paintball insurance through its membership licenses.
  • Serving as the official liaison with government authorities and ensuring the relay of important information.
  • Establishing safety standards and approving paintball equipment.
  • Training and certifying referees, coaches, and instructors through federation-approved programs.
  • Coordinating league tournaments and organizing the French Paintball Championship.
