Frontier Digital Ventures (also known as FDV) is an investor in and operator of online classified businesses focused on property, automotive and general classifieds in both frontier and emerging markets.[1][2] The company identifies early-stage opportunities where it can invest in businesses and aim to create value through its optimization methods. FDV retains significant equity ownership alongside local entrepreneurs, leveraging their expertise and experience.[3][4]
FDV was founded by Shaun Di Gregorio[4][5] in May 2014, and is backed by Catcha Group's Patrick Grove and Luke Elliott.[3] It was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange on 26 August 2016.[6]
