Fuse Information Technologies Ltd (also known as FuseIT) is a New Zealand based software company that develops and provides support for a number of integrations between Sitecore, Salesforce.com and the HP TRIM Records Management System. FuseIT also provide professional services to Sitecore and Salesforce.com customers.

History[edit]

FuseIT was first established in 1992 as ProTech International Ltd and was prominent in New Zealand selling CD-based software, initially focussing on New Zealand birds[1]. In 1997 the name was changed to PolyMedia Ltd and the company started providing topographical map data [2][3]. In September 2008, the company was renamed[4] Fuse Information Technologies Limited to reflect the change in business focus.

Products and Services[edit]

S4S[edit]

S4S[5] is FuseIT's primary technology product and is an enterprise integration between Sitecore and Salesforce.com. Most of the companies resources work on S4S.

S4S is fundamentally an ASP.NET wrapper around the Salesforce Partner API.[6]

S4S includes features like:

T4S[edit]

This product integrates Salesforce with HPE Content Manager[7] (aka TRIM). The integration adds record and data localization capabilities to Salesforce.com. Using T4S, Salesforce users can push attachments and chatter documents to TRIM from leads, cases, contacts or any other object. Documents pushed to TRIM remain accessible in Salesforce.
