Products and Services[edit]
S4S[edit]
S4S[5] is FuseIT's primary technology product and is an enterprise integration between Sitecore and Salesforce.com. Most of the companies resources work on S4S.
S4S is fundamentally an ASP.NET wrapper around the Salesforce Partner API.[6]
S4S includes features like:
- A wizard (software) to map Sitecore web forms to Salesforce.com objects (e.g. leads, contacts, cases)
- Pushing website browsing behavior and web analytics to Salesforce.com lead and contact records
- Enabling website personalization from Salesforce.com
- Supporting Salesforce.com as a single source of truth
- Open architecture to enable easy customization
T4S[edit]
This product integrates Salesforce with HPE Content Manager[7] (aka TRIM). The integration adds record and data localization capabilities to Salesforce.com. Using T4S, Salesforce users can push attachments and chatter documents to TRIM from leads, cases, contacts or any other object. Documents pushed to TRIM remain accessible in Salesforce.
