Fusion Cinemas [6] is an American-based[7] Cinema and performing arts chain located in Dallas Texas. Founded in March 1910 in Rochester, New York[8] as Fusion Theatres before renaming to Fusion Cinemas, United States. It is part of Fusion Corporation a unit of Fusion Group based in Dallas, TX, US. In 2020 Fusion announced they'll be opening 3,000 Cinemas in the US.
History
The brand Fusion started in 1910 as Fusion Theatres, a local performing arts school and theatre in Dallas, TX before renaming the company to Fusion Cinemas. The brand and Trade Marks are owned by Fusion Group's unit, Fusion Corporation. In 1920 Fusion founded Fusion Pictures Entertainment, a Film production Company, then Fusion Pictures Home Entertainment. In 2020 it was reported that Fusion Cinemas is to move into the former Bryan Tower, Dallas Texas which will be renamed Fusion Tower after turning down the Xerox Tower, Rochester, New York. The Company has over 8,000 Movie Theaters, Performing Arts locations and 2 Towers.
Once Fusion moves into their new home, the tower will be renamed to Fusion Tower.

Fusion Corporation is the Parent of Fusion Cinemas. It was formed in March 2000 by Fusion Group to oversee it's Fusion Cinema Division located in Dallas, TX, USA[15] originally in Rochester, New York. The company is run by Fusion Cinemas' Chairman Shane Seville[16]. It was announced that Fusion Cinemas is to purchase Covina Center for the Performing Arts.
In 2020 Fusion will be opening a new tower in Australia. Fusion Corporation announced all of their Cinemas will have the Fusion name on them apart from Covina Center that will be known as Covina Cinema As of March 2020, all Fusion Cinemas are temporarily closed.
