GRACE Risk Score
The GRACE Risk Score is a scoring system containing algorithms that attempt to calculate the risk of death or death/myocardial infarction relative to the general population following an initial acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in a patient. The GRACE Risk Score and the GRACE 2.0 ACS Risk Calculator are derived from the Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE), a ten-year (2009–2019) international collaboration project that recorded summary case data of over 100,000 patients submitted confidentially by medical providers in close to 250 hospitals in 30 countries.
