GAIMIN (Gaimin AG) is a Swiss-based gaming company founded in 2017 in Manchester, England.

Background[edit]

GAIMIN was co-founded in March 2018 by Andrew Faridani, Buki Ben Natan and Calvin Adamus. It targets PC gamers and helps them to gain benefits from the time when the PC is used for gaming or sitting idle.[1] In March 2022, GAIMIN formed Gaimin Gladiators, an e-sports organization managing 8 e-sports gaming teams.[2] Gaimin Gladiators focuses on Rocket League, DOTA2, Rainbow 6 Siege, Pokemon Unite, Counterstrike, Warcraft 3, Fighting Games, and Card games.[3][4]

In June 2022, GAIMIN's development activities have focused on gamification.[5] It has created and released a plugin for Minecraft and Grand Theft Auto V (GTA5), which will enable gamers to access and utilize different functions and in-game assets within Minecraft and GTA5.[6]

In August 2022, GAIMIN's utility token GMRX was launched for users to access merchandise, accessories, and in-game assets.[7][8] The company has utilized a data processing network for other applications and is also delivering video rendering services.[9]
