KKR, a private equity firm, purchased a 25% stake in SoftwareONE in August 2015.[7]
In February 2019, SoftwareONE announced its completed acquisition of COMPAREX.[8] That same month, the company also acquired Singapore-based cloud-services provider, RightCloud.[9]
In October 2019, SoftwareONE completed an initial public offering at a US$2.82 billion valuation.[10]
In November 2019, SoftwareONE acquired BNW Consulting.[11]
In May 2020, SoftwareONE acquired GorillaStack, an Australian software company that developed a cloud cost management and real-time event monitoring SaaS platform for Amazon Web Services.[12][13]
