About The Commission
The commission's main act is to regulate, control, monitor and supervise the operations of Games of Chance in Ghana.[1] The Gaming Commission of Ghana is an agency under the Ministry of Interior (Ghana) with succession and a common seal, which was established under the Gaming Act 2006, (Act 721).[2]
