Ganga Bahadur Nemkul (born December 4, 1980) is a Nepali director, writer and media person working in Portugal. He is best known as the founder of Chinari Nepal.[1]

Nemkul was born in Siddhipur, Lalitpur, on December 4, 1980. He is the son of Bahadur Nemkul. He completed his School Level Certificate (SLC) in 2000.
