Garrett Ogata is an American criminal defense attorney and Owner at The Law Offices of Garrett T. Ogata, a firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada.[1] Ogata and his firm focus primarily on DUI defense and criminal defense services.[2][3]

A DUI and criminal defense attorney with more than 20 years of experience, Ogata has represented numerous clients throughout his career. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Utah, and California.

Ogata’s current practice areas include, but aren’t limited to, DUI defense, speeding tickets, theft crimes, arrest warrants, drug charges, domestic violence, casino markers, and sex crimes. His firm also offers personal injury services for victims of car accidents, dog bites, and slip-and-fall accidents.
