Gautam Goswami was a Deputy Magistrate of Dehri, Bihar an Indian administrative officer, who stopped Deputy Prime Minister at public stage in 2004 due to code of conduct and found place at cover page of Time magazine. He died in the age of 41 in 2009.[1][2]
