Gautam Goswami was a Deputy Magistrate of Dehri, Bihar, an Indian administrative officer, who stopped the Deputy Prime Minister at a public stage in 2004 due to code of conduct and found a place at the cover page of Time magazine. He died at the age of 41 in 2009.[1][2]
