Geehy Microelectronics Inc., commonly known as Geehy (极海/’dʒi: haɪ/ ) is an IC Fabless company headquartered in Zhuhai, China. [1] Geehy is dedicated to developing industrial & automotive grade MCUs, mixed-signal analog ICs, and SoCs, its parent company is Ninestar Corporation (002180.SZ).

Geehy was established in 2004. Since 2004 to 2017, mainly focused on the development and manufacturing of dedicated encryption chips in the field of printing.
In 2004, established in Zhuhai, China;
In 2012, launched multi-core SoC chips;
In 2018, obtained permanent authorization of CPU from Arm® Cortex®-M0+/M3/M4 and released first 32-bit general-purpose MCUs;
Since 2019, Geehy focus on general-purpose MCUs, and mixed signal analog ICs and expand in industrial, automotive, consumer electronics fields.[2]
In 2019, subsidiary Geehy Semiconductor is officially settled in Hengqin, focusing on general-purpose microcontroller business; In the same year, APM32 series industrial general-purpose MCU products were released, officially entering the industrial control field;
In 2020, won the "First-class Prize" of the 2nd Hengqin Scientific and Technological Entrepreneurship Competition;[3] In the same year, expanded the overseas market;
In 2021, established subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Chengdu; Released several industrial-grade MCUs and the first automotive-grade MCUs with AEC-Q100 certified;
In 2022, Geehy is certified to be compliant with ISO 26262 in Management of Functional Safety, Documentation and Safety Lifecycle Phases and including Automotive Safety Integrity Level ASIL D;[4]
In 2023, Geehy was named one of the "Top 10 China IC Design" in the 2023 China IC Design Awards. [5]
