Gen Z GOP is an American political advocacy group founded in June 2020 by a group of young political strategists led by Mike Brodo.[1][2] The stated purpose of the group is to mobilize younger, reform-minded conservatives to help chart a new vision and platform for the Republican Party and increase its appeal among Generation Z voters.[2][3][4] Although Gen Z GOP did not endorse Democratic candidate Joe Biden during the 2020 presidential election, the organization has received considerable media coverage since its inception, in part because of their vocal opposition to President Donald Trump and the Trump administration.
