Gene Shift Auto is a top-down shooter battle royale video game developed and published by Nik Nak Studios. It is inspired by Grand Theft Auto 2 and features drivable vehicles and an unlockable skills system. Gene Shift Auto released on Steam via early access on May 23, 2017.[2]
On November 16th, 2022 the name was changed from Geneshift to Gene Shift Auto, and then went Free to Play on November 28th, 2022.
