Her coverage of the parenting and family landscape, including relationships, digital fluency, parenting teenagers, and college admissions, has earned her national recognition. She is a passionate spokesperson, blogger, and the board member for Communities in Schools of Houston. Carroll is a seasoned author specializing in self-empowerment. Her writings have appeared in the Chronicle, Family Magazine, and countless other publications. After graduating from Stanford University, she received her Law degree from her hometown alma mater - UCLA. Currently, she resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and children.
