Ginny Ali (born Latifunnissa Ali) is a former Indian film actor. She is the daughter of India's ace comedian Mehmood Ali & younger step-sister of singer Lucky Ali.
Early and personal life[edit]
Ali is the daughter out of the eight children of the popular Bollywood actor, Mehmood.[1] Her mother Tracy is an American who acted in the movie Ek Baap Chhe Bete. [2]The Bollywood actress and dancer, Minoo Mumtaz, is her paternal aunt.
Career[edit]
Ginny Ali acted in the 1976 movie Ginny Aur Johnny in the role of the child "Ginny" starring her father along with Amjad Khan, Helen, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Vinod Mehra, Rakesh Roshan. [3] Ginny played a smoking-wisecracking kid to Mehmood's conman. (The film was a remake of Hollywood hit Paper Moon, also starring real-life dad and daughter, Ryan and Tatum O'Neal.)[4]
