Giorgos Filippousis is a multi-talented artist from Greece who goes by the stage name Giorgos. He is a singer, mixer, lyricist, composer, and rapper. Giorgos was born and raised on the picturesque island of Tinos and is currently studying at the Junior High School of Tinos, where he is in the 3rd year of middle school. In June 2023, Giorgos made his debut as a member of the Greek duo "AstroMoon".
Early Life[edit]
Giorgos Filippousis was born on October 25, 2010, in Marousi, Athens. He has a younger sister named Eugenia Filippousi who is also his bandmate. Giorgos attended the 3rd Primary School of Tinos from 2016 to 2022 and is currently studying at the Middle School of Tinos (2022-2024).
When Giorgos was 7 years old, he was introduced to Greek Pop and Blues music. Five years later, he formed a band with his sister. The creation of the band was Giorgos's original idea. Giorgos is a native Greek speaker and is also fluent in English and French. However, he tried to learn Korean by himself, but he failed because he found it challenging to learn a language with ideograms.
Giorgos is involved in various extracurricular activities, including contemporary dancing, classical and jazz piano lessons, hagiography lessons, acting classes, byzantine singing lessons, and guitar lessons. He also has a degree in computers (ECDL). He is also an expert at editing and filmaking.
2023–present: Career beginnings and debut with AstroMoon[edit]
Giorgos is a talented songwriter who has written two successful songs for AstroMoon, namely "Don’t Give It Up" and "Feeling (Album)". Together, these three songs have gained nearly 2200 views. Besides songwriting, Giorgos has also covered two songs - "Disturbia" and "All I Want For Christmas" - with his bandmate Eugenia. Recently, he signed a contract with RouteNote to release all of his group's songs. He solely sang DYNASTY (originally sang by MIIA) and he also covered one of the duo's songs, Μελωδία Του Ανέμου meaning he made a Solo Version.

Influences and musical style
Giorgos developed a passion for singing and dancing at a very young age. His love for music, particularly K-Pop, which combines both singing and dancing, has always been a source of inspiration for him. He grew up listening to artists like Eleni Foureira, Marina Satti, and of course, Blackpink.
Fashion and image
When it comes to fashion, Giorgos likes to follow the latest trends. He prefers formal outfits but also enjoys dressing casually in a sporty style. Cargo pants and oversized shirts are some of his favorite clothing items, and he's also a big fan of shirts. He likes to mix and match his outfits with different kinds of shoes.
Personality
Giorgos describes himself as an "extrovert", "funny" and "lovely" person; however, he admits that when he gets angry, he can become mean and selfish.
