AstroMoon (Greek: ΆστροΜουν or Αστροφεγγιά) is a Greek talented music duo known for their original songs and covers. Their songs are mostly being released by RouteNote, consisting of members Giorgos and Eugenia. They are associated with the "anti-bullying" concept in Greek Pop.
AstroMoon debuted in June 2023 with their single "Don't Give It Up". Their EP, Feeling, was released in December and it includes the songs "Καλοκαιράκι", "Feeling", and "Μελωδία Του Ανέμου" which was written by Katerina Varypati. Their music is mainly being published on Spotify.[1], on ITunes - Apple Music[2] and on YouTube Music[3]. They later released 2 more Singles, "LA LUNA", "Βαδίζοντας στην Κάτω Ιταλία", "Don't Give It Up (Official Remix)" and "ΣΚΙΕΣ ΣΤΟ ΑΡΑΡΑΤ". They covered "Disturbia" (originally by Rihanna)[4] and All I Want For Christmas Is You (originally by Mariah Carey)[5]. On December 2024 they succesfully covered Sia's hit song "Snowman" as they got praised for their amazing vocals.
Their most succesful cover is the song called "My Heart Will Go On" which was covered by the member of the duo, Eugenia[6]. It reached 55 thousand views in over 2 years! In 2024 Eugenia covered "Diamonds" by Rihanna[7] and "MYSTIKO" by Anastasia.
In 2024 Giorgos has also made a cover about MIIA's song called "Dynasty, Eleni Foureira's song called "ANEMOS AGAPIS" and Rack's and TOQUEL's song called "MA BELLA"[8]. Giorgos also made a solo version of the duo's song called "Μελωδία Του Ανέμου"[9]. Giorgos made covers of the songs "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME" and "ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΠΟΛΛΑ ΣΕ ΣΕΝΑ ΓΙΑ ΤΑ ΓΕΝΕΘΛΙΑ ΣΟΥ" as a birthday gift to himself and his fans.
On 28th March 2025 the group released it's mini EP which consists of songs: 1)DU-BYE and 2)ΆΚΟΥ ΛΊΓΟ. The EP is also called DU-BYE.
On May 9th, Giorgos Filippousis released his first solo length-album called "recordatio" - which means memory in latin. The 5 songs are completely written and composed by him. The songs are: 1) REJOICE 2) WON'T LET IT BE 3) MOY THRYMMATIZEIS THN KARDIA 4) IMMA HANDSOME and 5) PORTOFOLI KAI KLEIDIA
On 13th June 2025 the group collaborated with Virginia Klavdianou on their release called "ΣΚΙΕΣ ΣΤΟ ΑΡΑΡΑΤ". The song serves as a poignant tribute to the tragic loss of thousands of Armenians during the Armenian genocide. The group celebrated its 2 Year Anniversary with an Anniversary Special Video[10] talking about their beginning, their whole discography and the difficulties they had to cope with in order ot become succesful.
On 12th Sepptember 2025, Eugenia Filippousi made her mark on the music scene with the release of her debut solo EP, “CONSEQUENCE,” which features four powerful tracks under the label “RouteNote.” Each song showcases her artistic range.
The EP begins with the lead track, “ON DELIVERED,” which captures the anticipation of waiting for a response from a partner. With its vibrant pop sound, the song energizes listeners and uplifts their spirits.
In the second track, “NEW PIECES,” Eugenia explores the journey of piecing oneself together after a harmful relationship. This anthem empowers listeners and emphasizes the nature of self-discovery.
The third track, “FIRST STAGE,” portrays the empowerment that comes from learning to defend oneself in challenging times, reaffirming that she is better off without her toxic past. Its electronic sound inspires listeners to showcase their strength.

Career
2023 – 2024; Debut, rising popularity
The promotions for the debut of the duo started in the second week of August 2023 (after the 11th) with the release of teaser images and videos. On July 9, 2023, their first Official Music Video was released for the song "Don't Give It Up"[11]. The music video was successful, gaining 2100 views[12]. AstroMoon released their first EP, which includes tracks like "Καλοκαιράκι", "Μελωδία Του Ανέμου", and "Feeling", on December 26, 2023. On January 2, 2024, AstroMoon revealed the name of their fan club, which is called "SuperNova"[13]. In May 2nd 2024 AstroMoon officially got an Official Artist Channel (OAC)[14]. On June 17th 2024, the duo released the song called "Βαδίζοντας στην Κάτω Ιταλία" inspired by an educational program created by Pepi Konstantakopoulou. The group celebrated their 1 Year Anniversary on July 6th this year. Unfortunately their channel got hacked for over a month but they succesfully managed to recover it[15]. In August 16th, 2024, the duo released their Single called "LA LUNA" a hip-hop - rap song which really stands out as of it's unique style. On September 2024 GIORGOS won 3rd place in an international singing competition showing his extraordinary vocal abilities.

2025 - present; new musical style and diversity
The group begins to experiment with more modern-like music styles but does not forget that is still able to release traditional and folk songs like before. Musical style and influences
AstroMoon's music is a fusion of Ambient, Folk, Dance Pop, EDM, Pop, Hip Hop, Acoustic and Ballad. Their musical style is inspired by K-Pop, Greek Pop, Ballads, and Western Pop, which is why their music is a blend of these four styles.
Concept, Image, and Lyrical Themes
AstroMoon's primary objective is to prevent anyone from making fun of their fans or exploiting them. The members of the duo recently explained their identity, stating: "Through our music, we aim to achieve one goal - to help people believe in themselves and their abilities."
Stylistically, AstroMoon are associated with a strong, badass image in Greek pop. Most of their songs' lyrics do not contain explicit content, but rather discuss solutions for bullying and confidence-building.[16]
