ResidenceMiami, Florida, U.S.

Glen Lerner is a prominent Southern Nevada attorney, philanthropist, public speaker, and founder of one of the nation's most influential advertising law firms, Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys.

History[edit]

Lerner was accepted to the universities of Harvard, Stanford, Dartmouth, and Duke.

After a year at Dartmouth college as a starter on the varsity soccer team, Lerner decided he wanted to play at Duke University. He was a member of Duke’s first national championship team that won the 1986 NCAA Division 1 Men’s Soccer Tournament.

In 1987, Lerner graduated from Duke University in North Carolina with his bachelor's degree in Religious Studies. In 1990, he completed his J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School.

After law school, Lerner moved to Las Vegas and worked for a fledgling law firm called Budget Legal for several months. He eventually bought the firm and turned Budget Legal into a 20-plus employee firm that handled all legal matters.

In 1998, Lerner began his ubiquitous marketing campaign under the new name of Glen Lerner and Associates, focusing solely on personal injury. During the same year, Lerner was introduced to Attorney Kevin Rowe. By the mid-2000s, Rowe would become Lerner’s partner in their expansion into Arizona, which would ultimately become their flagship practice.

Lerner continued to operate in Las Vegas as Glen Lerner and Associates and opened a new firm in Chicago under the same name. In 2019, Glen Lerner and Kevin Rowe rebranded all Glen Lerner Injury Attorney offices under the name Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys.

Lerner and Rowe currently has nearly 30 offices and 500 employees in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Nashville, Chicago, Indiana, and Florida, but also handles cases nationwide.

The firm has settled or tried to verdict nearly $2-billion on behalf of its clients. Lerner is recognized nationally as one of the top operators of the personal injury advertising business model and is a sought after speaker and advisor. In 2019, he started his legal marketing and management business, LawM3.

Philanthropy[edit]

Glen Lerner and Kevin Rowe have made their 501(c)(3) philanthropic arm, Lerner and Rowe Gives Back, a model for corporate giving, leading to them being named the most philanthropic business in Phoenix six years in a row in the AZ Foothills Magazine independent reader polls. The firm employs two full-time staff members who are involved in inter-ministry in Las Vegas and Chicago.

Their annual Phoenix charity golf tournament has raised millions of dollars, with all proceeds going back to local community organizations that provide supportive services to those in need.

Their Thanksgiving events, including their annual turkey giveaways feed 10,000 plus families a year.*

Public Speaking Engagements[edit]

Even busy with growing a national law practice, Glen Lerner still makes time for industry-related and community-based speaking engagements.
