Glenn Palmer is an American political scientist and a professor at the Pennsylvania State University.

Academic career[edit]

Palmer received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in 1985.

He was an assistant professor at the Old Dominion University (1985–1986). He was an assistant professor (1986–1992) and then associate professor (1992–1997) at the State University of New York at Binghamton. He was an associate professor at Texas A&M University (1998–2001) and Pennsylvania State University (2001–2006). He has been a professor at Pennsylvania State University since 2006.

He was the editor of Conflict Management and Peace Science.(2002–2014) and an interim co-editor of Conflict Management and Peace Science (2017–2018).[1]
