T. Clifton Morgan

Clifton Morgan (born 1956) is an American political scientist who uses formal modeling techniques to explain foreign policy decisions and international conflict.[1] Since July 1998, he has been the Albert Thomas Professor of Political Science at the Rice University. He received his PhD in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986.[2]
