Glossy is an online media outlet published by Digiday Media. The publication covers how technology and evolving trends bring change to "the beauty, fashion and wellness industries."[1]
It was launched in 2016[2][3][4][5] as Digiday's second media brand[6] and is led by Editor-in-Chief Jill Manoff.
At launch, Glossy was led by managing editor Shareen Pathak.[7]
In addition to publishing business news, Glossy hosts industry events[8] and award programs.[9]
In 2021, the publication enhanced its coverage of influencer-driven business under the branding Glossy Pop,[10] along with its Influencer Index.[11] The following year, they supplemented this coverage by participating in affiliate marketing with Pop Shop for products seen in influencer social media.
