Gloucester and Cheltenham Urban Area

The Gloucester and Cheltenham Urban Area is a built up area which centers around the city of Gloucester and the town of Cheltenham Spa in Gloucestershire, England. The urban area is centred around the Gloucester and Cheltenham Green Belt but there are certain overlaps in the belt between the two. The urban area also includes the town of Stroud and the village of Bishops Cleeve. The area has a total population of 288,716, making it the largest urban area in the south west of England. Just behind Bristol and just before Swindon.
