) is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language written and directed by Dharani Rajendran.[4] Talking about the film, Dharani says, "The lead character is an 80-year-old artiste — a legendary filmmaker, a writer and an artist —who wants to create a masterpiece. But can an artiste come up with a work that he is entirely satisfied with? Can someone continue to be an artiste once is content/satisfied with his work? This is what is the theme of my film.” He adds, “But I have treated this in a commercially appealing way. It will not be slow-paced, like how arthouse films are thought to be.”

The film is scheduled to release[5] in the month of February 2020.

The film has already been released for Film Festivals. This film has received the following awards:

  1. Out of the can international film festival: Winner[6] (Best Non English Speaking Film)
  2. Beyond Earth Film Festival: Winner (Best Regional Feature Film)[7]

Author comments[edit]

  • I have added required references from 3 film festival websites. Also, edited the required festival information. Yes. This film was already released to the film festival. Kindly review. Thanks.
  • Please note the references provided from the film festivals and yes it has been released to film festivals. I updated the required details. Also, please note the references provided from "The Hindu" News portal, "Nakkheeran" Weekly and from know TV channels. I would request someone from India review this as the reviewer is simply commenting saying there is no enough references. How do you say "The Hindu" and "Nakkheeran" are not valid references? These are valid press references.
