History
GoDutch was founded in 2024 by Dutch entrepreneur Thomas Vles.[1] GoDutch, launched mid-2024, combines business accounts with automated payments, expense management, and AI-powered workflows for SMEs.[1] The platform initially offered Dutch IBAN business accounts and debit cards in cooperation with licensed financial institutions.[2] According to the company, it grew to serve more than 12,500 users within its first year of operation.[2]
The company received pre-seed funding in 2025 from founders and executives of Knab, Bunq, and Goldman Sachs. Later that same year, it raised a €3.6 million seed round from institutional investors.
