God Analog
God Analog is an American industrial metal/alternative rock band from San Jose, California. The band's recording lineup consists of lead vocalist Reverend Adam Days, guitarists Nicole Ridge & Mark Gemini Thwaite[1], drummers Dan Konopka & Nik Hughes[2], and bassist Corey Britz[2].
History
Inspired by a childhood accident, vocalist Reverend Adam Days began making music at the age of 14. He describes:
"I found a looping program, and I made the world’s worst song about getting stung by bees. It made my family laugh, though, so I guess it could be considered a hit."[3]
After gaining a cult following on Instagram for his darkly humorous social commentary, vocalist Reverend Adam Days began writing and recording songs in his bedroom. In 2018, the suicide of a friend put his creative work on hiatus, but he returned in 2022 with a new single, "Annihilation," which featured Nik Hughes and Corey Britz from the British rock band Bush as well as Mark King[2][4]. According to Billboard, God Analog's debut full-length album will be released in 2023[1]. Machine the Producer has been mastering their works since their debut "Annihilation" in 2022[2][5].
