Goji is a financial services and investment management company based in London, England. It is registered in the United Kingdom as Goji Holdings Ltd.
It has two subsidiaries: Goji Administration Services Ltd, which provides Innovative Finance ISA administration services for peer-to-peer lending platforms and platforms offering debt-based securities, and Goji Financial Services Ltd, which has a platform, Goji Investments, that provides investors and financial intermediaries with a single point of access to regulated investment products from across the peer-to-peer lending and direct lending sectors.

Goji was founded in February 2015[1] by Jake Wombwell-Povey (CEO), Alex Crocombe (CFO) and Rob Brown (COO).
Operations[edit]
Goji provides Innovative Finance ISA administration services[2] to several peer-to-peer lending platforms and platforms offering debt-based securities including Landbay, Downing, UK Bond Network and Peer Funding.[3]
The Goji Investments platform offers the Goji Diversified Peer-to-Peer Lending Bond[4] which invests in a portfolio of loans from a variety of lenders [5] and targets a 5% yield.[6]
Goji is a member of the Tax Incentivised Savings Association (TISA) [7] and its CEO, Jake Wombwell-Povey, chairs the peer-to-peer forum within it.[8]
