In the early 70's, the company began with the concept of producing enduring work boots supplying to small local businesses and workers around the area.[2][user-generated source?][dead link] Within 40 years, Golden Fox has expanded into larger retail stores supplying to workers across the globe with subsidiaries such as King Rocks. Today, they continue to make boots using traditional methods of shoemaking, applying Goodyear welt and genuine leathers across their entire line of work shoes.[3][non-primary source needed]
