GoodDollar

GoodDollar is a non-profit organization building a cryptocurrency-based Universal Basic Income (UBI) system.
The organization was launched in November 2018.
The organization is funded by EToro.
GoodDollar requires proof of personhood: participants are required to have verified identities. It uses an identity verification service with facial recognition to keep biometric templates of each registered user in a database and verify that users do not register multiple times.[1]
